Absolutely the best rental company in the area. Customer service is next level, equipment is newer and well maintained and pricing is fair. As a contractor I’ve rented from a lot of different places, Wards will be my first stop from now on.

Wards is top notch. Very quick to respond with any questions. Arrived on time for drop off and was very friendly. Gave a good run down on equipment rented and had no issues with how the machine ran! Highly recommend.

These guys are truly the best within miles. Where else can you call for a rental at 5PM the night before and have it delivered at 9AM the next day. They are professional, accommodating, and just great to interact with.

I had to cancel a lift at the last minute – they had already loaded and secured it on a trailer to send to me. I told them I would be happy to pay for their time in loading it etc.. but they would not hear of it. It is so refreshing to see a company that is not GREEDY but cares about the customer. They now have a lifetime customer.

A++ and I always rent from Wards. High quality safe equipment at the right price every time. If you are late they don’t charge you for another day, just for the time you were late. Fast, friendly, and easy to do business with. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend you call Ward’s Equipment Rental first for all of your rental needs. Staff is fantastic and their equipment is light years better than the other rental places in the area. Prices are better in most instances as well. Front desk staff works very hard to get you what you need, when you need it and for how long you need it. Give them a call. Wood chippers get busy, so call ahead.

Wards Equipment Rental has great machines! Very good reliable fleet, well maintained , clean! Wide assortment of construction equipment for contractors as well as homeowners. Simple to order by phone, online, or walk in. Great service area, best rental rates in Southeastern Michigan.

Andy and his staff are super. They are patient, informative and very accommodating to the customer’s needs. The equipment I rented (5 separate pieces) were all in excellent condition and preformed well. You can tell that the equipment has been well taken care of. As a bonus, they have some of the best prices in town. I look forward to needing to rent some equipment from Andy and his crew at Ward’s Equipment Rental.
