In my line of work as an underground contractor, I often need specialized equipment, and Wards Rental never fails to impress. Delivery of equipment was on time and where I wanted it. People dropping off equipment were knowledgeable in how to operate it safely. Equipment was in good working condition. The rest is up to you. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Ward’s is a great place to deal with when needing rental equipment. Very fair pricing for machine rental and for delivery. Machines are always well kept and fairly new. My family and I have rented up there a few times now and the experience has been excellent each time. We will continue to support and do business with ward’s Rental.

Great experience today! Previously I’ve had no experience with Ward’s however I gave them a call today while on the road and inquired if they had a stump grinder and trailer available. They said yes and they would be happy to get it ready to go upon arrival. Once I arrived, I parked in front to put my trailer hitch on and one of the workers came around to the back of truck and asked if I’d like some help. He took the initiative to take on the task while I went in to arrange the reservation. Andy helped me quickly, told me to pull around to the side yard and the crew got me setup, gave me a brief tutorial on the equipment and reminded me they will fill up with gas at market rate (if I should choose that as an option). I was in and out within 10-15 min max. The equipment was very clean and maintained and operated flawlessly. I was pleasantly surprised today and will certainly recommend to friends and family. Also, don’t let the address of Hamburg sway your decision, I live near Kensington park and it’s a short 20 min drive so it’s definitely worth the drive for people within Brighton.. and they are open till 3:00 on Sunday! Thanks for the great service today!!

I should have left a review a long time ago. I’ve been doing business with Ward’s Equipment Rental for years and have never been disappointed. The equipment is new and well maintained, prices are fair, the staff is friendly – knowledgeable of the equipment’s capabilities, and the customer service is top notch. I can’t say enough good things about Ward’s Equipment Rental.

I have rented equipment from Ward’s maybe a dozen times, ranging from wood chippers to excavating equipment and more. They have always been great to work with. I recently rented a Bobcat Stand-on Skid Loader with a bucket. I had an issue in the evening that was my fault, but I was stuck. I texted their after-hours support number, and Andy called me, stayed on the phone with me, had me try a few different things, and ultimately solved my problem. Ward’s is a good business with reasonable pricing and great customer service!

Outstanding communication and service! In addition to a phone line (which a human actually answers), they also allow texting at all hours. I ended up having to change my rental entirely at the last minute (literally an hour prior to scheduled delivery) and they were able to accommodate with no complaints. I was shown how to use the machine. Dropoff and pickup times as scheduled. Positive experience all around.

I’m 74, rented a wood splitter. They started it,show me how to use it.And hook it to my trailer hitch! 7 hrs of use, easy to use, great mechanic.Fair price, good equipment.I recommend Ward’s

These guys are truly the best within miles. Where else can you call for a rental at 5PM the night before and have it delivered at 9AM the next day. They are professional, accommodating, and just great to interact with.

I had to cancel a lift at the last minute – they had already loaded and secured it on a trailer to send to me. I told them I would be happy to pay for their time in loading it etc.. but they would not hear of it. It is so refreshing to see a company that is not GREEDY but cares about the customer. They now have a lifetime customer.

I would highly recommend you call Ward’s Equipment Rental first for all of your rental needs. Staff is fantastic and their equipment is light years better than the other rental places in the area. Prices are better in most instances as well. Front desk staff works very hard to get you what you need, when you need it and for how long you need it. Give them a call. Wood chippers get busy, so call ahead.

Andy and his staff are super. They are patient, informative and very accommodating to the customer’s needs. The equipment I rented (5 separate pieces) were all in excellent condition and preformed well. You can tell that the equipment has been well taken care of.
